Membership
The All Gauge Model Railway Club offers both individual and family memberships.
For an annual subscription fee of $100 (less than $2 per week), club members enjoy
the use of all club facilities seven days a week. In addition to 'HO' and 'N'
scale layouts on which members can run their trains, there is a comprehensive
research library, a canteen, and many other facilities.
There is no age restriction for members, nor is there any requirement to have
had previous experience in the various facets of model railroading. Workshops
are held on a regular bases where members can learn the finer points of
electronics, landscaping, track laying, layout table construction, and various
other aspects associated with the hobby.
Members of the All Gauge Model Railway Club enjoy:
- A subscription to the club's monthly newsletter: The All Gauge
- Volunteer opportunities for hands on involvement with the club's model train layouts
- Voting privileges at the club general meetings
- Opportunities to run trains on the club model train layouts
- First opportunities at club buy and sell events
Memberships run from January to December of each year and cost $100. Memberships
will be granted at any month of the year at a pro-rated amount.
